FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By making a purchase with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be altered at any time, so you should read them before every order.
We will endeavour to adhere to stipulated delivery deadlines. However, as the unexpected delays may occur, delivery deadlines will not be binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. Our contractual obligations are subject to our supplier delivering the correct products to us on time.

Please note that the products which are in our stock we usually ships within 24 hours. If any additional customer´s requests or questions will be recieved order will be dispatched after all issues are clearly discussed. If the item is not in stock of the manufacturer, the seller will inform the shopper first about the estimated delivery time and after shopper’s acceptance the order become definite order. On every product page you will find estimated delivery time for certain product. If you would like to be 100 % sure that we will be able to deliver your product on time, please contact us before order regarding actual availability.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders for delivery outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the Customer! Toptime, s.r.o. have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the Customer should contact your local customs office for further information.
SHIPPING AND ITEM PROBLEMS
Please do not take the package from the courier if it arrived with damaged packing or if you see that our Toptime sealing tape was damaged (exception have only packages which were opened and back sealed by the official customs tape). Otherwise it is not possible to make later claim with shipping company. If you took the broken package, it is your responsibility! Please contact us to initiate a investigation within 5 business days if the item inside the package was damaged or if you think that your packages was lost or it is not possible to locate it. Postal companies will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two months to process! When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Toptime, s.r.o. and a replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If that item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, Toptime, s.r.o. will gladly refund your original payment.
MISPRICED ITEMS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
On occassion, an item may be mispriced. If you purchase a mispriced item, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and relist the product at the correct price. Toptime, s.r.o. strives to provide customers with the latest and up to date information on all merchandise it carries. However, the information provided on the merchandise pages might not be up to date or free from errors. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have any doubt about the price or questions regarding the merchandise.
RETURN POLICY AND CANCELLATION RIGHT
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days after reciept of the item! Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund and you are obligate to send the goods back to us on your own expense! All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN! Please note, that all returns are subject to prior inspection. Only after success inspection we will be glad to refund your money back!
- All returns must be properly packed in an outer shipping carton.
- All returned packages must be insured to full value.
- A copy of your original invoice must be included in your return package.
- If a package is refused by the customer, shipping will be deducted for the cost of shipping to and from the customer.
- Watches made on special request or custom made watches are not subject of return policy.
Cancellation request can only be acknowledged if the particular order has not been processed & dispatched by us. Kindly get in touch with us at the earliest possible with the cancellation request.

Toptime, s.r.o. accepts the following credit card payments for online orders:

After you finish your order via our webshop, you will be redirected to Paypal’s webpage with secure SSL connection where you can put your credit card information without any doubt (it is 100 % safe and we cannot see any of your credit card information).
If you are PayPal account holder, after login you can send the money directly from your account. We ship to PayPal Verified accounts after payment is cleared. Please make sure that your billing information submitted to Toptime, s.r.o. corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details. Billing and identity information submitted to Toptime, s.r.o. that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order.
3, Bank Wire Transfer
Toptime, s.r.o. accepts direct wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. After your order, you will get our bank account number. As your note, please fill your ORDER NUMBER. Toptime, s.r.o. (our bank – UniCreditBank) usually receives domestic wire transfers up to 2 business days; international wire transfers about 2 to 5 business days to process. Please contact us after the anticipated wire transfer date and your payment information, so we may expected your payment. After payment is received, your order will be shipped.
Toptime, s.r.o. will service every watch sold through our website for a period of THREE YEARS after purchase. You will get TWO years warranty direct from the manufacturer and your watch will be serviced in the official authorized service center of the brand and THIRD YEAR of warranty is providing by us and our service center! After any warranty through www.toptime.eu expires, you are welcomed to forward your timepiece in for repairs (only if the watch was initially purchased from us) at cost, meaning you will pay exactly what we do. In that case, customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. If you believe that your watch isn’t working properly, please write us details about a problem to our email.
Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product. Toptime, s.r.o. does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from Toptime, s.r.o.. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturers water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties. Toptime’s warranty doesn’t cover watch batteries.
